Melissa has worked at NetSource since 2010. She started on the sales team as a Dealer Specialist. Her talents in troubleshooting issues, solving problems, and project management made her a great fit for the Director of Customer Care role. Melissa works with every internal department (sales, programming, design, billing, and technical support), and clients to make sure projects stay on track. She also handles existing customer training and support.
